Connecting formation and wisdom to strategic application through our unique coaching experience
What we produce
/ Forum content
What are the key attributes that inform and transform a leader’s identity?
We have intentionally crafted the Forum’s content design and user experience to cultivate three essential attributes of biblical wisdom, relational formation, and strategic application that collectively build the participant’s vocational leadership identity through our guided coaching and consulting services:
Biblical
wisdom
What we believe determines who we become. Our beliefs shape the values which enable us to prioritize relationships and time management. Our beliefs provide meaning and direction to our work. In essence, our ideas have consequences. And that’s why the Forum seeks to inform its participants by bringing to light how the world’s economic ideas and practices must be exchanged with a biblical worldview of the marketplace and economics.
Through the Forum’s coaching programs, participants will be able to:
Examine the degree to which worldly economic thought systems have separated them from wise biblical principles.
Analyze the conventional arguments of socialism and capitalism and compare them to a biblical model of service-oriented and choice-based economics.
Recognize the need for a paradigm shift from the world’s way of thinking to embrace biblical wisdom.
Whole-life leadership formation
Our key to leadership development is by guiding participants as they embrace a holistic approach to their spiritual formation. We see biblical wisdom applying to every aspect of life and work, and that applying God’s Word holistically results in the proper formation of a leader’s character and identity. This process is most effectively engaged through a relationally-based community learning experience where participants are guided and coached through their own unique leadership development process.
BridgePoint connects different generations around powerful biblical concepts that produce transformation as participants engage in strategic planning, leadership skill development, and robust group discussion and accountability.
Forum facilitators will guide and coach participants through the materials and provoke them towards transformation.
Forum members will strive together to discover truth with discussion questions that probe commonly held assumptions.
Forum discussions will enable members to glean wisdom from others with significant experience.
Strategic application at work
How we act determines what we achieve. Our vision is to guide Forum participants to a life-long trajectory of transformation by embracing character growth, skill development, strategic thinking, and problem-solving. Some of these specific applications will be available through our network of leaders who can also provide consultancy services on an individual basis.
Participants will be able to:
Create a strategic plan to grow their skills and steward God’s unique call on their life.
Develop accountability relationships that will track their growth in applying biblical principles.
Cultivate problem-solving skills based on biblical principles that will enhance the participant’s servant-leadership in the workplace.
These three essential characteristics unique to BridgePoint Forum are integral to how we partner with you through our guidance, coaching, and consulting services to help you develop your leadership skills from a uniquely Chrisitan perspective.
How we provide
/Forum Learning Design
At BridgePoint, we believe while creating thoughtful content is central to our task, having an intentional learning design strategy and guided user experience is key to facilitating personal transformation.
The BridgePoint Forum is not merely about conveying biblically inspired messages about leadership. The content is designed to intentionally develop a participant's leadership skills and capabilities, transforming themselves and those they lead.
BridgePoint Forum’s learning design strategy provides a unique guided experience:
Facilitator led group discussions of each leadership topic.
Peer group feedback on personal leadership development issues.
Small group discussions with local CEOs around current business-related issues and topics.
Specific coaching, feedback, and accountability in the application of the business leadership principles.
Access to our network of trained and qualified consultants on key business-related topics.
Scope & sequence
The Forum is comprised of eight modular courses. Each module is a fully stand-alone course requiring separate registration and payment. We suggest that all course modules be completed sequentially in the order provided. It is strongly recommended that the first module, Worldview Connections, be completed as a pre-requisite to all others since it provides a worldview focus in business and economics that is foundational to the rest of the material.
The scope and sequence allow each module to run between 2-3 months if groups pace a session every two weeks. This pace makes it possible to complete all course modules in under two years

“The truths in these lessons have revolutionized my thinking. The teachings are incredible and worth the price of the course.”
How it works and how to join
Whether you are a group of business leaders in your church fellowship, or Christians who work together, we can create a learning cohort on our platform for you to engage the Forum privately.
The program can be designed to fit the relational structure of your existing group.
Access the Forum through our online platform using any computer or mobile device. We encourage groups to meet in-person bi-weekly for the engaging forum discussions that lie at the heart of the transformation process. However, if meeting in-person is not possible, our online platform has Zoom meeting integrations and online discussion forums that provide the opportunity for your group to meet and engage remotely.
